Ordering

Please be sure to include your name and order number in your email message. You
can check the status of your order on our Order Status

Online Payment Accepted
We accept VISA,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
All of
these options are available for any online order through our shopping cart.

you have any questions. We also accept mail orders; please select "Pay by
Mail" during checkout.
Shipping
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, USPS
Parcel Post or UPS. (Flat Rate Ground shipping will ship via
the lowest-cost method.) Most orders
ship within 5 business days; some may even ship the same
day, but please allow up to 10 days for delivery - 21 days if your package
shipped via Parcel Post. Shipping costs are
determined by the weight of the order and your delivery zip code. Please inspect
your shipment upon delivery; we cannot accept claims of missing or damaged items
more than 24 hours after delivery. Sorry -
we do not ship orders outside of the United States.
Please note: Selecting Priority Mail as your mailing method does
not expedite the fulfillment of your order. Priority Mail is the method
by which your order will be delivered by the US Postal Service and packages
usually arrive within 2-3 days after leaving our facilities.
Returns
All products purchased
from the BalmWorks.com website come with a full 30 day guarantee. If for
some reason you are not satisfied with an item and you wish to return it,
please contact us at
returns@balmworks.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization
number. Please give us your name, order number (if you have it) and the
reason for the return. You'll receive instructions on where to ship your item(s) along with
the RMA number via email.
Orders
returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Original shipping
costs and return shipping costs are not refundable - sorry.
Privacy
We value your privacy!
Your personal info will never be sold, rented or given to anyone else. We
will only use it to complete and ship your order and to contact you via
